Submitted to collections with an account in good standing???

I see that there is suddenly a hit on my credit report from Comcast although I have a current account in good standing!? How do I owe $172 when I’ve received no info, and am up to date on my payments with my ACTIVE account? This is CRAZY, and needs to be RESOLVED.
