Along with several posters to this forum I am also being charged for Stingray Karaoke which I not only did not order but didn't even know existed until my wife pointed it out on the bill. How to I get this removed immediately?!
I did not order this service and do not appreciate having it added without notice or option to refuse. This sort of action is very valid reason to move to a different provider.
