Still receiving bills after service cancelled back in early July
I had called in on July 6, 2018 to cancel my internet service. A few days later I initiated an online chat with a customer representative agent and confirmed my service would terminate with the last bill at the end of the month. The last bill due on July 25th, 2018 was paid in full. Now it’s August and I’ve received another bill for internet service with a due date of August 25th, 2018. I also noticed that my internet connection is still active almost 2 weeks into August. Why am I still being charged for service that was cancelled and why is the service still active after calling in to cancel, confirming cancellation, and why am I still getting billed?
