Still being charged for Unlimited Data while its being give away for free

Super Curious as to why im being charged for my Unlimited data (which, yes is normally on my bill) but due to coronavirus everyone gets it free but im still charged? A little disheartening I really enjoy my service..

Your issue has been escalated to the Comcast Team available to the Forums.  A member of that team will reply to your post as quickly as they are able, so check back often.

I understand how important every dollar is right now and I certinly wouldn't want to be paying for something unnessasary either.
