I am currently on hold waiting for your fraud team to pick up. I recieved a collection notice with Xfinity Mobile listed as the Creditor in the amount of $3300. I have never had or even thought about using Xfinity Moble. I am currently living out of the country and am burning through exspensive overseas minutes while waiting on hold. Is there anyone here that can assist me through chat or email??
