I have a signed two year contact thats not being honored by Xfinity. Called support after noticing my bill inceasing. Notified the rep that I had a signed two year contract locking in price. Rep told me to got the local Xfinity store. The sales rep at the store wouldn't honor the contract.
Going in circles.
Beside BB or a Lawyer any ideas?
Hi ryetaylor -- I reviewed your account however I did not see where your service is in a contract or had a two year price lock. Do you have any documentation that shows you should have a price lock? We would need something that proves you were to get this price lock in order to change it. Please send that documentation to me in a PM and I'll have this corrected for you.
