Service change not showing on Bill..

Service change not showing on Bill..

We dropped Cable and phone last month and just kept Internet. We chsnged I believe on the 12 .Our bill starts on the 17 I think. We called an the person told us to only pay the 86.16. So I did but the bill says I still owe 96. We didnt use TV or Phone over half of the month. When will the balance be updated. I shouldnt have to pay for Cable and Phone when I didnt use it.
