I had a self-service discount that no longer appears on my bill. Originally, I was told that it was for being enrolled in autopay and paperless statments but the representatives that I speak to deny this. They keep telling me the discount was due to me calling for an issue. This is not true.
Why was it removed if I am still enrolled in autopay and paperless statements? How do I get it back?
