Self Install Fee

Self Install Fee

So I upgraded my service, new package for a year, and they are sending me a new modem for gigabit internet, I was on the 300 internet. So to drop it off at my house, they are going to charge me $40. Do this seem right? They don't come in the house, they just drop it off for me to self install, because of Covid. It doesn't make any sense. Is this a mistake? Thanks for your help.
