Scammed customer

I am very upset. Friday morning I called to reduce my bill. I agree via agent offering of a new bill reduced 20 cheaper with a new bundle she offered with a 1 time 40 tech fee to add a piece of new equipment. Last night I return from dinner to find 2 of my boxes were not working. The agent I spent over an hour with on the phone insist I pay and agree to pay 10 extra for the additional 2 boxes bringing the bill back up to where it was before I called on Friday morning. <Edited>. I'm back where I started and now paid this tech 40 extra. I've been a long time customer and refuse to be taken advantage of this way. I would like to speak to a supervisor. Also was told a Mr. Sheed (a supervisor) would be calling last night with reference number 048605356 and never called. Also as I logged in I notice that the time has been changed for a service interruption when that was moved to February 11, 2019. <Edited>
