Honest to God this company has the WORST overall structure of service I have ever encountered. Can't pay my bill online (website freezes on xfinity's end) and can't pay on the app (gives error code). Now I am receiving past due fees and threats to shut my service off. I can't even get on the phone with an agent! PLEASE LET ME PAY! I have reached my boiling point with this company. For the loyal customer that I have been for years, paying on time every month, this is absolutely unacceptable - I have been dealing with this for over 5 months... Got me on here begging them to let me pay... yes, just as ridiculous as it sounds.
