I made an overpayment on my account. I call xfinity and was advised that it would be refunded to my card. Which is fine. I call back a week or so later and was informed at that time that the reversal was processed incorrectly. Another ticket was opened and once again I was advised that the over payment would be issued back to may card. After multiple calls I was finally to that xfinity doesn't have the ability to refund overpayments back to a credit or debit card, so a check would be my only option as far as a refund. I find this very disturbing that no one know what the company process is for refunding a overpayment. Even after calling and speaking with 2 supervisors today both are still giving me to different answers. This is unacceptable. I didnt pay by check so I dont feel that should be refunded by check. This is how you lose customers . I'm a patient person but this just frustrating that one can answer my question.
