I've been a loyal customer for years, over the past month have had constant daily issues with internet connection and cable. Sent tech's out 3 times and still haven't fixed the issue. Called to get a refund for past month due to terrible service and they refused to credit saying they won't credit until issue has been resolved and even then won't be a full credit becuase we've had some internet use. What a great policy, yeah we have "some internet use but it takes 1.5 hrs to watch a 45 min show. Apparently fixing the problem and crediting me the $115 for the month isn't with it for Comcast, they'd rather lose a customer.
