Hello,

 

My apologies as I mistakenly direct messaged one of the Comcast members before sufficiently reading through the community guidelines.

 

I received notice that the price for our current internet package is likely to increase in the near future even though our local sales representative had onboarded us via a no term internet-only offering. Irrespective, I would greatly appreciate understanding what our go-forward options may be. Thank you in advance!
