We sold my moms house and discontinued service.  There is a $30+ refund from her past bill after we turned everything in. I was told this would be mailed to us.  So far, nothing over a month later.....

Hello, jca76. I apologize to hear you have not received the refund as of yet. I can certainly look into this for you as long as you're an authorized user on the account. Can you send me a PM with your first and last name, the account holders first and last name, and the phone number so I may further assist you?
