Receipt Of Bill Payment

Comcast used to send an email acknowedging receipt of your monthly bill having been paid, they no longer do that. How am I supposed to know they credited my accout?

It sounds like we may need to update your information to make sure you are receiving these notifications. Can you follow the steps below to see if your info is updated?

Click on Manage Settings
On this page can you confirm whether or not all of your information is correct?
