I have been trying to get in touch with Comcast for the past three hours about having my monthly bill lowered. I have TV, Internet and Home Security and every time customer service transfers me to "someone who can help" the call drops and I have to start the process all over again. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. With AT&T, I can get a much better package for almost half the price of what I'm paying Comcast. I have been a loyal Comcast customer for 10+ years and I am ready to switch to AT&T now.
