I, too, have been a Comcast customer for over 30 years. I had some small discounts after posting on the forums about 6 months ago with the help of ComcastZach, but those offers have ended and my bill is increasing. I have had no luck with Xfinity customer service in the past and am hopeful that I can get my bill reduced again with some help through this forum. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
