I was charged the in home service fee, i tried to dispute it as the tech was on a ladder at the pole. I was told that i could not get the fee back as its based on what the tech coded it as. But i cant dispute what tech said, what if he coded it wrong... What am i suppose to do climb a ladder and move things around in the box on the pole to make it work. Have been a customer for over 10 years this is BS and am looking into service with other service provider.
