Nothing surprises me from these people.They disconnected me two days PRIOR to the due date and the service reps were useless. They love charging people for things they didn't order, disconnecting people early and charging fees...they are common thieves plain and simple.I can see why people are leaving Comcast for other options.They have a much disserved crooked reputation.
