I was charged 3 times for one months service. Customer service representatives claim they can only see one charge on my account and to call my bank for the other 2 charges. I called my bank, they confirmed all 3 charges. Called Comcast back to ask for a 3 way phone-call between them, and they refused. They also refused to refund anything despite proof (confirmation emails of charges). Filing fraudulent charges later this week. Unbelievable company. Will trash talk them whenever I get the chance.
