My experience has been that it does not exist. I am 6 months in & signed up for Eco and auto pay and have yet to receive the credit after calling numerous times (each month in fact).  They have yet to resolve it for me.  I just get the run around...last time they told me I should be happy I am paying such a small amount for services -say what??

Your issue has been escalated to the Comcast Team available to the Forums. A member of that team will reply to your post as quickly as they are able, so check back often.
