I have not found anywhere on the site where I can apply for a credit for lost service. I would like to receive credit for my services for the 14th, 15th and 16th due to the service not being available. How can I receive a credit?

To get started, please send a Private Message with your first and last name as well as your address so I can locate your account and look into issuing a credit for any down time.
