Re: Bill seems to increase past two months.Have a contract.??????

This is happening NON STOP with Comcast... "taxes and fees" are going up monthly. The bill just keeps increasing as comcast wants more and more money. The modem fee went from $10 to $13 in the last year. It's ridiculous. The regional sports fee keeps going up... something there is no reason i'm even paying for.... Comcast is getting greedy PERIOD.

Hello, Angelzamounguz. Welcome to the Xfinity Forums.

While taxes/fees often increase as we roll into the new year, I can definitely understand how it would be frustrating. We do notify customers before it happens at the bottom of their bill a month in advance and you can still find this information by using My Account to look over past bills.

Regardless, I would be more than happy to go over your services and the available promotions with you to see what adjustments can be made to help lower your bill.

Please feel free to send me a private message with your first and last name so I can assist.
