My internet has gone up almost 100% since April of 2018

Apr  2018 $51.76

May 2018 $80.12

Jun 2018 $91.72

Dec 2018 $93.86

There is no warning to the customer that the increase will be reflected on the next bill or why the increase is happening.  I have to guess that maybe a 2 year 'special' has expired.  

$93 is rediculous to pay monthly for home service.  

 

I don't have TV or phone with Comcast.  I experienced TV gouging in the past and went with a satelite company.  I have to live with the typical issues of satelite TV (yes they are true) but its worth it.  Much better customer service and cheaper!!!!!!

Hello rcol0000. Thank you for visiting and posting on our Forum. Sudden increases in fees are usually at the end of a promotional/ discount period. Discounted pricing only lasts for a limited period of time and does eventually shift to Everyday Price. Other price rate changes are printed on your monthly billing statement the month before they happen.
