My bill went up this month too. I'm looking into getting WiFi from another company. All I need in Wifi and they talked me into a TV and Showtime bundle. Now my bundle price is gone and I cannot afford these new prices.
Yep, that’s what these companies do. You have to watch for when your promotion ends and call a month or two ahead of time to negotiate a new deal. Get on the phone or chat and negotiate a new deal, but don’t expect to get the exact same thing as you have had, things change.
Same issue here , The told us our promotion was coming to an end & then our bill increased by $50 a month just for internet service ,i have called & spoke with them 4x NO ONE CARES , Its all about the money & numbers to them. We have been loyal customers for 20 yrs but there is no loyalty from comcast /xfinity . Time to look for new service , tired of the games they are playing..
