It's been just over 19 weeks for me and I'm still waiting for my $300 (2x$150 gift cards)!  I confirmed that I was eligible via their rebate status web page ( https://xfinityrewardcenter.com/status) well over a month ago!  I have left them a message via their Rebate "contact" page (https://xfinityrewardcenter.com/contact) it auto-replied that I should get an answer within 3-5 days (that was 10 days ago)! Still waiting!  So, I next called them at the number listed on the Rebate site's FAQ page and got the recorded message that due to high call volume there would be a long wait to speak to a representative but it recommmended that I leave my contact info and the next available Rep would get back to me. I did just that!  It is now 3 days since and again no info or replies!

I would be happy to assist with the gift card issues. Just to clarify, is this regarding Xfinity Mobile or Residential service?

I activated 2 new Motorola phones July 24, 2018 on Xfinity Mobile.

Now 20+ weeks since I purchased and activated 2 Motorola phones on Xfinity Mobile!  Still no rebates (2 x $150) nor any replies to my phone message and emails to customer service nor postings left here !!!

When I puchased the phones all notices/ads I received (verbal and in print) stated clearly 16-18 weeks for my rebates to arrive!
