I had a rate increase this month for over $32.00.
I have a plan that has many more channels than I currently watch and would like to discuss a downgrade in the amount of channels.
I spent a long time on the phone with a CSA yesterday, and basically got nowhere
She said I am not currently allowed to have a new 2 year contract, and that I could not reduce to digital starter package as it is no longer available.
She also said I could not downgrade to a double play instead of the triple play.
I have Netflix through Xfinity and it is invoiced on a separate line item, yet the package I have says it is included. I am very confused by all this.
I have been a customer for over 20 years and have paid my bill on-time every month.
This is no way to treat a customer.
I am starting to look at verizon and dish now as well as the other providers, fire stick, hulu, etc.
