Put Account on hold

Hello, 

 

I would like to see if it is possible for me to put my account on hold for a few months. I moved back with my family due to the coronavirus outbreak and no longer use my xfinity internet. 

I would like to put it on hold until I go back to work/ my apartment.

Seasonal/Vacation hold is available to an XFINITY customer whose account is current, with no outstanding charges. There also needs to be at least 10 months since the start of the last seasonal enrollment.
