Purchased Wifi/Cable service and chose No contract. Looked on my account and it shows there is one

I purchased Wife/Cable package in August and chose the no contract option and paid the higher fee rather than the special price for the two year contract. I looked at my account today and it shows I have a one year contract. This is not what I signed up for. When I look at my receipt that was sent there is no indication of the contract. I want the contract removed from my account.
