My bill was manageable until the end of a promotion, and now it's way more that I can afford. I kept making payments even when I laid off for 5 months. Found a new job and making less money. Now falling behind on the payments becaue I cant' afford the increase.
Comacast customer since I thinks around 1993.
Is there any option to bring the bill back down to a managable level?
