Unable to complete the agreement form due to computer problems (high winds today, might be causing issues)....agreed to total bundled services $114.99 for the next two years. Did not get to the agree part, yet we do agree. Can you help me with that. This agreement was through a Customer Support associate. Thank you. Would I need a confirmation? Have NOT yet received a confirmation Email, which makes me wonder if the agreement has been completed.
