Promised free installation

Switched from DirecTV to X1....we already had xfinity internet...I asked about a self install kit, and the sales rep offered free installation...I accepted his offer, but first bill showed 70 install fee...I've called 3 times and each agent promised to resolve the charge, but no credit has been applied so far...I'm waiting for my 4th call to see if it can be fixed...very disappointed. This is pushing me towards Hulu+ live TV to finally cut the cord...
