It use to be that you could discuss something with Comcast with Private Messaging. Maybe they are on vacation but the last two PM help I have tried to discuss my increase in equipment for 5 year old non recording, non X1 boxes asked for my information and then nothing else heard from them. Anyone having any luck with help or is Comcast swamped with complaints after this last 50% increase in equipment cost.
Comcast can increase the cost of new customers just signing up. Don't increase someome a few months into a new agreement that you haven't replaced a box in 5 years.
