I recently upgraded my service and was quoted a price that included service, equipment, and fees, etc. When I picked up my new boxes, I was told the price would be $20 more per month than quoted because of box charges you missed. Given this is your error, I am looking for the quoted price to be honored. If not the elimination of the box charges, then a reduction in the monthly service rate. What can you do for me?
I understand I have 30 days to cancel the contract and am currently looking into other options for internet and tv if the original price cannot be honored.
