Prepaid until 11/20 but cancelled service

Prepaid until 11/20 but cancelled service

I recently moved and was charged for service from 9/21 through 11/20, resulting in an obviously very high bill. However, I cancelled all but one service yesterday, Home Security, shouldn't I be getting a pretty large credit back since I cancelled well before 11/20?
