Please help in fixed income.. Had contacts before and never had an early termination clause.

I've had a 2 year contract where I was going into my second year. Choice double play 39.99 going up to 54.00 the second year which is this June. I looked on the website for my package. It didn't show it. Noticed in my bill I was being switched to Select Double Play for 79.99 a month. Way above can what I have. I called Xfinity. Asked if my contact package was gone. No answer really. I switched to Standard Double Play. Seen in text about early termination fee of $239.00. I never seen this in any other contract I had! Had to remove for 10 more dollars a month.. I've disconnected for months before due to financial and health reasons. Never had this before. Also, a sports package fee of 8.35 which I don't want or need. Would like removed. Rep would not take off. My bill went way way up. I need to talk to a rep that can tell me about other offers in my area. The rep offered me nothing. I've had account specialists help me in the past. I have friends who are disabled like me that got internet fir 10 dollars a month. But you can't have services for 90 days. His internet was only off for 2 weeks and he got it. He can stream all day with no problems. I have alot more speed than him and my system buffers. Especially on Peacock. Can some one please advise me on who I can talk to at Xfinity. I'm very upset. I can't afford this. I need to have internet especially but costs as much as package. Please help
