I had an extension that was due today. When I set up that extension I explained that I was sick and wasn’t able to work that week and that I wouldn’t be able to until 6/7/2018. She explained to me that she couldn’t set it up that far and that she only can give me until 5/31/18. She did say I could try to call back.
Yet when I tried to call back no one is able to help me. I have been a Comcast customer for well over a year. Hardships in life happen. We can’t predict when they happen, but it would seem like a big corporate like Comcast would be more caring about their customers.
