Thanks for posting to the Xfinity Forums. That's a great question. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, and the steps we have in place to assist our customers and communities during this time, there will not be any late fees or disconnections to customer's services.
To make another arrangement to pay the remaining balance, follow the steps below:
* Log into https://xfin.tv/2JCG0AR
* Select Billing, then Bill and Payment Settings
* Click on Schedule a Payment
* Then go to Payment Date and choose a new due date
