Paperless bill (email) not being sent (received)

Although I have signed up for paperless billings, the last two months my payments have been late because I did not receive a bill via my preferred email address. I just turned on additional notifications in hope to correct this. Anything else I can do?

Always check online under My Account for your billing statement.  Look at the date and note it so you will remember to take a look around that time.  Although I get notifications, I always check a few days before it comes in.
