Paid twice

I paid $50 twice to start a service with your company. I’ve been on the phone for 2.5 hours and currently on the line. I went through everything on the online service questions, got to put my card number in, for the second time, it said “something went wrong” but still charged my account. The customer service person has nothing to say and is offering no options. I am out of $100 dollars now.
