I'm in the process of moving and submitted a request on 3/31/2020 to have my services transferred to the new address. I made a payment on my account on 4/1/2020 for $116 not realizing that there are 2 separate accounts. When I sign in, the account that appears is the new account where services do not currently exist. For some reason, my current active account is not the default account. Since a payment was made to the "wrong account", the bill for my current active address shows a balance of 2 months. Can you apply the payment made on 4/1 to my current active account instead of the account that does not have active services? This was a bit confusing. I didn't realize that I had to switch between accounts since the new account has become my default account for some reason.
