I'm in the same boat. Paid my bill electronically through my bank on May 4th. I have the confirmation and a proof of payment from the bank. Comcast refused the payment, did not credit it to my account and has not refunded the money to me. Also charged me a late fee. No one at the local Comcast office could tell me anything or credit my account. They only submitted an ER One ticket. At least we now Comcast's ads on customer service are BS.
