Just ordered Comcast TV and INternet package for my parents offer was 44.99 for TV/INternet speed 50 and 10 + channels. checked bill and packeage and it was switched to triple play for 133.00 a month!!!! I called and used the chat and everyone acts like they cant change it. Is this a scam? I want the package I ordered, How do I ghet someone to help me?
