Why is it so difficult to get this bogus charge removed? Why does your supposed "audit" process think I must have a leased modem when my account has my equipment flagged as my own for FIVE years? Multiple calls to get this corrected has accomplished exactly nothing. You want to klnow why people hate Comcast? This is one of the reasons right here.
