It says, "The first CableCARD in a retail CableCARD device is free to Comcast customers. If a second CableCARD is needed for the same device (as is the case with certain older model TiVo devices), a charge will apply."
I have been charged $1.50 for this cablecard since I received it. It has been since September 2015.
Additionally, I have been charged $9.95 for the HD Technology Fee for this same period of time even though I do not have any HD enabled comcast equipment.
It seems that a total of $11.45 has been erroneously billed to my account for several years. Please look into this issue and credit my account appropriately for these over billings.
