My internet has been out for days and it just came back on today. I was able to get an outage credit the first two days but on the next few following days when it was still out and showed up as an unplanned outage on the app I went to find the page and the site was changed and I could no longer find the link to get the outage credit. Those three additional days (2/16, 2/17 and 2/18) my internet service was down with an unplanned outage. My internet just now came back on today at 2pm (2/19) and is back up and running. I work from home so it was a big inconvenience. How can I claim the outage credit on the remaining days I was unable to get an outage credit for?
