Old Address Is Showing Up

Old Address Is Showing Up

When I looked at our bill today my account has two addresses under it - old address (we moved just about a month ago) and our new address - with the ‘billing address’ being the old one, and the new address being the ‘service address’. How do I fix this? I’ve tried both the website and app to no avail.
