No options for internet only for existing customer

I have called multiple times, I have used the online chat and have been left with 2 choices, pay an extremely high bill for services I do not want just to have internet, or cancel. I know new customers have plans for internet only for 39.99. All I want to do is downgrade to internet only, but the best they could do was offer me this service for twice that price since i am already a customer. Is there no way to get decent internet for streaming alone? I know some people who have gotten it and it seems you have to call a bunch of times and play games with the cancelation department. I am just looking for a fair deal. I will cancel all my service if I have to, but I like comcast internet. Please help me.

Hello, Matt8016. Thanks for reaching out to us on the forums. I know it can be frustrating when the bill seems to be going up. I would like to see if I have anything that I would be able to offer you. Can you please send me a PM with your first and last name so I may further assist you?
