My phone did not ring from Nov 12 when a foreign woman said she was temporarily changing my number.
I had a bad accident, and my children could not reach me. They had to drive about 15 &18 miles to see if I was okay. Since I had NO INCOMING SERVICE from Nov 12 until Dec16. (THAT IS 34 DAYS WITHOUT INCOMING SERVICE!!), I feel that my monthly cost should be made a bit less than normal. I called in to Comcast 6 or 8 times trying to get it fixed. This is rediculous.
